In the fourth quarter of 2024, the performance of top business finance and solutions apps on the Android platform in Nigeria showcased notable trends. Here’s a closer look at how these apps fared, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Moniepoint Business Banking experienced a dynamic quarter with weekly downloads peaking at over 107K in early November before declining towards the end of December. Active user numbers remained strong, reaching approximately 2.2M in mid-December.

Geegpay - Global Bank Accounts saw a surge in downloads, especially in early December with nearly 43K downloads. However, this momentum tapered off by the end of the month. Active users hovered around 170K to 198K, indicating steady engagement.

Sentz – The Global Payment App began the quarter with modest downloads but saw a spike to nearly 30K in early December. Active user counts reflected this growth, peaking at over 55K mid-month.
